Fresh Start Cellphone Program

About the Program:

The Fresh Start Cellphone Program provides a cell phone and 3 months of service to eligible individuals who are working toward a better future.

​

After applying, cell phones and prepaid cards will be mailed directly to 

the PO, caseworker, or Homelessness Shelter employee/volunteer

​

We require that the caseworker help the client set up the phone and add minutes to it before they leave your office/building.

​

A reliable connection can help you find housing, access services, connect with loved ones, and build a brighter future.

Program Requirements

  1. Clients Must be either on probation/parole, or homeless

  2. Clients must be at or below the 50% County Median Income for their family size

  3. Proof of the last 30 days of income or our zero income form is required to process an application
