Delinquent Taxes
We are accepting applications for Property taxes that are delinquent for 2023 taxes or older
Income
Applicants are required to have income in order to pay going forward
Owner-Occupied
Property must be Owner-Occupied and your Primary residence
Application Guidelines

We serve 69 counties in Wisconsin. We do not have funding for Dane, Racine, or Milwaukee Counties.

We do not have funding for hotels/motels.

Must have income or proof of a new income source starting—this includes unemployment, child support, social security, disability etc.

Applicants must be under the 80% County Median Income.

If you do not have the ability to pay your housing expenses going forward your application will be denied.

If delinquent due to theft or stolen money, you must submit police report with application.

If delinquent due to emergency expenses, you will be asked to submit receipt(s)for those expenses.
